Hi guys

my visa has got rejected second time

My profile is:-
B.E computer engineering with 55%
work experience of 3.8 years in mnc as a software engineer.
course applied 1 year course of computer application development which is a dot net course
reason for refusal ;-THE REASON IS YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF YOUR.

Today i met one of the consultant he told me that i have a less percentage that is the reason i got rejected. is it true.
Please guys help me what might be the reason.
