Sorry for your visa rejection.
1. Forget about same course.
2. Try to go for Masters or PG Diploma relating to your previous studies.
3. You have to show strong ties to home country.

I think embedded system is more releated to ECE(Electronics communication) than software related studies.
1. This made VO thinks that you are not sure about your course selection
2. VO doubts that you are more keen to enter canada rather than studies.
Above reasons are just my opinion. Try to apply for CAIPS.
Embedded Systems for a BCA ???, Are you kidding me? Surely it's a course mismatch dude (unless you have aroused interest lately). Find some other course, keep it cool, better luck next time.....

Dont apply the visa with the same course. As its clearly mention that course mismatch then why are you taking risk again?
BCA is more with software related than hardware and Embedded programs is suitable ECE students. If you look at BCA in wikipedia than you will be understand what i am talking about.
You are going to invest lot of money and outcome should be fruitful. So be clear what you want to do and select your course more wise.
Best of luck. Dont beleive consultants. Do your research and look releated coures in all universities and colleges. Find suitable one and ask your consultant to get the admission from your consolidated list. In this way you can get good education and future.
