visa refused under spp cateogary plz advise what next//seniors plz help

I applied for d visa on 19 oct 2012 for jan intake

here is my profile

10-----61%

12----60%

ba--59.33%

Ielts--6.5 with no less than 6

Paid one year tution fee and showed bank loan of 8.74 lac approx 16000 cad

i applied for the Post gradute Diploma in business management
i applied on 19 oct 2012 and got refusal on 25 oct 2012

reasons for refusal are

i wont leave cannada

second one is ///YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF :UR QUALIFICATIONS ,PREVIOUS STUDIES, EMPLOYMENT, LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT,LANGUAGE ABILITIES OR UR FUTURE PROSPECTS AND PLANS.

i am planning to apply in general cateogary on 2 or 3 nov 2012 please advise will there will be any change in decision or its waste of money n time

ur choice of course i think really don't match with ur previous study as u r graduate in arts n now r have chosen management ...so i advise brfore applying again choose a course according to ur orevious study....rest is ur luck n seniors here can tell u better... gud luck

there is nt any link of bussiness management with arts.. try to choose relevant course nxt time...!
