visa refused under s.p.p!!!! how can i reapply?

hello please please guide me i had been refused for study in canada on 24 august 2011. can i reapply or not for jan 2012 general category? i have done diploma in mechanical engineering from punjab technical board. i have 2 year of experience in india and 6 months of arab experience, i have employment visa of arab country on my passport. what can i do? can i reapply or not? my proposed course was diploma in mechanical engineering technology.

refusal reasons was

you have not satishfied me thatyou will leave canadaby the end of the period authorized for your stay because:
your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of on or more of: your qualifications,previous studies,employment, level of establishment, other educational oppurtunities available in india or canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

please tell me can i apply again or not please its urgent.

I have same condition and have 3 yrs diploma ece from punjab technical board. My visa was rejected to and i reapply and i got the visa.firstly i changed my course related to my field and i wrote some explanation regarding coming back

hello prabh thanks for your reply. please tell me how can i change my course actually my course was same of my field " MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY" now what course can i select for reapply some advanced diploma or degree? i dont know why they refuse my case ... for 2 years gap or something else.? please guide me what can i do.. and also tell me can i be suitable for newzealand.?

You hold a diploma and 2 years of work experience in the same field (also 6 months of international work experience), thn how is it possible for you to study the same diploma over again and expect visa for the same !

You can apply for a Degree course, infact you should !

BUT NO UNIVERSITY GIVING ME OFFER LETTER FOR DEGREE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Hi Charandeep. Its understandable that getting admissions for degree programmes and that too in university is not child's play. you can apply under general category now.

@ enfield . buddy do you suggest that people going for diplomas/ certificates are at disadvantage . Cause if it is , than more than 90 % of visa applicants are doomed. Its needless to mention that degree should be taken, moreover when applicants wanna go for post graduate courses which are seldom degrees in wake of tough competition.
