in Business Level 5 and 6 year 2016
Ielts 6.5 each overall 6.5

Can anyone help what should i do i see no Hope
i left Newzealand for Canada
i also had refusal in 2013 due to low marks in my 12th

i seen students still got visas after few refused so don't need to be panic so just consult better consultant to get accurate advice

Bt I dnt knw what reason they might have think of applying for caips notes now
do you think i should stay in same course and University ?

I understand your situation, please apply for caips note it will help you to understand about your refusal . I can't give you assurance about your chances . But you can get a idea about visa officers point of view about your file . When u said thay you have low marks in ur studies canada accept students who has marks above 50% . Another thing i can say that when you have completedyour diploma in newZealand then you have to either apply for pg diploma or master degree. Diploma is equal to bachelors and post secondary program . Please get a caips note and decide what to do .
