Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I applied for 2 yr work permit in france from spain. But they refused my application. I have valid LMO. But they refused considering

1) travel history
2)family ties in canada or in your country of residence
3)limited employment procepects in your country of residence[/list]

Should I re-apply?
I got my decision within 2 days. It seems they didn´t see my application.

Did you work while you apply for your work permit? You should have shown to the VO that you have strong ties to your home country like bank account with fair amount of money, assets in your name on it (car, house).

You have to convince them that you will not overstay after you finish your contract...

  • Yeah. I am working presently and I never had unemployment in 10 years. I have my wife and 4 year old child in Spain. Well, I don´t hv my own house. We live on rent. It´s hard to buy property in foriegn.
What can I do more to convince him?
