Visa refused but passport not received at VAC

My application was refused on 17.7.2017 but till now I haven't heard from VAC islamabad for my refusal letter and passport. How much time it takes?

I got rejection on 1 June and they did nt returned my passport until july, thn after waiting for 1 month, I sent them fax and emails, after one week they dispatched my passport at 19 july.. so wait fr a week and thn write them to return ur pasport.
May I know ur profile and reasons fr refusals

One month is a long time to return the passport. Apply for the CAIPS report. By the time, you receive your passport, you will also receive the report to reapply.
