Visa refusal for A16-Hidden Agent

My visa recently got refused and the reason was A16. Hidden agent.

I want to know has someone else also faced the same refusal. How should I reapply, what should i write i justification.

Any help or guidance will be highly appreciate.

So did you have an agent help or not? You have to be honest, apologize and explain what you did and why.

Has this happened with anyone else ? what are the chances of getting the visa after this.

I did not use an agent, i just used a friend's credit card to pay the fees.

Why did you use a friend’s card? Who does the friend work for? You need to explain why you had to use a friend’s card and that the friend didn’t help you.

Did you receive a refusal or a procedural fairness letter with a potential 5 year ban? There is a big difference here.

It is a refusal. I just want to make sure that when I reapply it does not get converted in to a 5 years ban.

Order GCMS notes for full reasons. Reapply if you can answer and respond to reasons. Cannot ”convert” it. You need to be truthful and document the reasons why you used a friend’s card, who the friend is and that they didn’t help with your application in anyway.

I found out about the hidden agent through GCMS notes, it was written A16 hidden agent only, In the refusal letter it was only written you have not answered truthfully.

Has anyone else gotten an approval after being refused for the same reason in the first attempt. Do you know of any similar case ?

Whar was your profile. Could be other reasons for refusal as well but I would apply for reconsideration with your friends information ( current job, address,etc.) and why you used his credit card and not your credit card or a family members credit card or other payment method.

I got to know this through GCMS notes. All i want to know is whether people with similar refusals have been able to get positive results in their second attempt or not
