Visa re apply - please help

Hello friends,

I applied for Canada visa under SPP on July 6th and my visa got rejected on July 15th, with reason course mismatch.
Now I am confused that should I apply for the same session again under general category or shud i apply for SPP again for Jan session.

My course was "biotechnology technician" at Centeniial college and I have done BSC Pharma and showing 2 years experience.

1. Now its almost impossible for you to apply under general category for September Intake as you are too late. And you can't apply under SPP twice for the same term.

2. Rectify the possible reason for rejection and "apply as soon as possible" for Jan Intake.

i think the persons with rejection in SPP cannot apply again in SPP u have to apply in general

sidhu saab there is big rush in CHD CHC.... even if you apply by 15th aug, im afraid you will get your visa before the start of your case...
so better you deffer your admission to winter session n then apply

Now u are too late for the current session..and secondly u cant apply under SPP even for next session..so al u have to do is aaply in general category in next session i.e jan 2012! Best of luck !

last date for applying under general was 1st august... as u cant apply under SPP


n that was a quick response from CHC chandigarh in 7 working days


so it ptoved again.. most of the rejections come in 1st week

sunny its like the first see that if the course the persun has opted is relevant or not..then they go ahead and verify rest of the documents..so one should be careful enuff in chosing the course..wot say!!

not only that.. i think they just casually go through the whole application first week.. and reject some applications... and remaining applications the evaluate in detail b4 fixing the sticker

yea ua right but im saying their major cause of rejection is course mismatch that comes within 1st week after applying itself...

but i think.. course mismatch is just a nice excuse.. thr must b some underlying reasons too... can u bel a friend of mine a web designer with 2 years of work exp and software engineer was denied in fasttrack course in digital animation.. n the excuse they gave was course mismatch

imagine a web designer wanted to study digital animation is a course mismatch..

n his sister was PR of canada.. so they mite have treated him as a possible immigrant but gave an excuse of course mismatch..

oh i c..may be then its the way ua saying..but this is really bad on chc part..rabb hi raakha hai ehna da..nd i think our visa decision will be taken in next week..u have applied on 25 and i applied on 22nd!!

1. Its not exactly a label of "course mismatch" but more a tag of "potential immigrant"

2. For USA visa, where they have compulsory interview for all, they dont feel shame, unlike CHC, in saying upfront that you are rejected as you appear to be "potential immigrant"
