Hello everyone,
Hope someone can help me with a question. I'm planning to travel to the Netherlands with a RTD but I don't have my PR yet. As per the Dutch website we need to apply for a visa but I don't know if the PR is needed for the visa. I called them to ask and I was told only the RTD is needed but then I emailed them and they told me I can not apply for a visa without a PR card.
I’m really worried since my trip is schedule for April and my visa application is in March.

Does anyone has applied for a Dutch visa with only a RTD??? Please share your experiences applying to a visa with the RTD
