Hey guys! My study permit application was recently refused. I applied for Visa Officer's Electronic Notes through following site https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en to find out detailed reasons for the refusal. I saw some suggestion on this forum about ordering for GCMS notes. Is visa officers electronic notes same thing with the GCMS notes. Or is it smthng different?
