How to send the passport for stamping ...is it manadate to submit by postal ? or they accepting inperson submissions.. though submitted by postal or inperson where will they send it back after stamping///// ... someone please help ??? ???

- NDVO processing times are comparatively quicker than LVO.
- Passports can be sent via Mail or Courier to LVO but not NDVO because such is illegal in India (to and from)
- NDVO will require that you be physically present for PP submission during stamping.
- NDVO may also accept the PP via a relative with proper authorization letter or you can request NDVO to transfer your stamping to your local consulate which is a time consuming process.

may be i will choose NDVO having 2 options in mind...
1. submitting in person and requesting to return before my saudi re-entry visa (hope they accepts)
2. requesting to transfer to to saudi counslate (local)
