Just wondering about 1 thing.
I belong to Category 1 (Skilled worker category) and from all the info that I have read, I understand that I will have to first submit my application to Sydney, Canada. If all goes well, my application will be forwarded to singapore for further assessment/ processing.
My question is: Do I put Sydney or Singapore for the "Visa office requested for the process of your application?"

Not sure if catergory 1 refers to Skill worker application type..
Do you need to consider the time differences that needed to process your application?

I will be applying under the Skilled Worker category. The issue is that although category 1 applicants are supposed to submit their applications to Sydney- the question in the Imm008generic form "visa office requested for the process of your application" torments me. I mean if it is already self explanatory that I would have to submit to Sydney first, why do I have to request which Visa office to process my application? This makes me thoroughly confused. I am tempted to put Sydney/Singapore but am afraid this would hold up my application.
