Visa office for medical and immigration forms?

I'm a dual US/Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife. When we did her medical exam they asked us which visa office to send it to... we just put CPC-Mississauga. We also put that on the permanent residency application form where it asks. Do we have to put Buffalo on the application forms, or does our stuff just get sent there automatically since we are applying from the US? Is it possible that her medical exam results may have gone to the wrong place?

You're supposed to put Buffalo for both. The medicals will be sent Ottawa first and Buffalo will request them. You've put your Buffalo address so the application will automatically go there.
