It means Local Visa office has sent communication and requested more documents to check the eligibility of the applicant. Now days specially London visa office is sending rejection letters if status is changing to Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete. I hope your friends gets a positive news. What is the local visa office for your friends application processing ?
Hi Meena, as you mentioned above that your friend sent his docs in Feb did he get new B... no from New Delhi? reason im asking, in many cases ppl use B.... number issued with initial application which is not valid in most cases, you need new delhi's one to check visa office updates. I heard in many cases the same initial B... no works till end but you never know.
my exp is the first file number will show you progress from NS, where review is complete and they will lock your file and transfer it elect.. to lets say ND. when you submitt your docs to ND they will send you new no.. you should use ND no to check progress.. as you might not get uptodate info using old B... no,,, seniors to comment plz
my online status shows,,, visa office eligibility review complete and we are processing you applicaiton... after this i got medical request.. asfar i understand, they checked all the documents to see if i qualify and started process, means medical, and other security checks, job varification etc.. so wait for their communication/letter, it might be medical request as CHC ND is really fast track
It seems that you are one of the "experts" here so I hope you don't mind if I ask something regarding to application status too. I know that after Received by visa office the "Visa Office eligibility review complete" is coming and after that "in process" however it's not quite clear for me what exactly "Visa Office eligibility review complete"means. How do they evaluate applications at this stage? I mean does that mean that the applicant has the pass mark so the are eligible for processing? My status is In process now however I was asked to provide some more supporting documents.
Thanks for your answer,
Christine
