VISA NOT COMING

I applied for a student visa in project management course in Lambton College Toronto, CANADA . I launched my file with the help of consultants on 2-july-2015 . After doinG all the formalities of GIC etc. under SPP . A online file is launched not paper filing . But till date i didnt get any result on visa application . A FOLLOW UP related to my case is sent on 6-aug-2015 but no revert from embassy . my course starting date is 31-augst-2015. what can i do ................. plz help up
