Hi all, My friend get his study permit and the VISA stamped in his passport 1 week ago. Today he received a call from Canadian Embassy informed him his VISA will canceled.
Any idea, why that happened after the VISA approval and issued?

No, they said, they will provide him with details and new regulation soon

That’s weird. Cancelling issued visas without valid explanation.
