Hi everyone.
I have applied for non sds program and its been 4 weeks my application is not updating . My biometric in done but i haven't taken medical test yet. Is it compulsory to take medical test before applying or I have to wait for visa officer to send a medical form after clearing my application ?

If my visa is refused under Non SDS program, can I apply under SDS next time or now I am only eligible for NON SDS.
My lawyer said If a you apply non sds and get refused next you can only apply under non sds.
