Visa got rejected and need suggestions according to gcms note

Recently, I got a rejection. After that, I ordered GCMS note where the visa officer noted that proof of my sponsor's business income was not provided to substantiate huge bank savings. Please note that I submitted each and every documents like business trade license, Few sales receipt, letter of credit papers from import/export, business and savings account bank statements for last one year, Tin certificate ( taxpayer identification number), last two years tax clearance certificate. Now what else I can submit to proof?
As I lost my biological father at the age of 9, I was raised by my paternal uncle. We also live in a joint family. So, he was my sponsor. The visa officer noted that no indication that uncle has paid for the principal applicant's education in the past. Now my question is how can I prove that he provided me the every cost from my childhood as there are no documents. In my school's payment slip, there is no mention of who provided. My uncle used to give me hand cash and I just filled the form of payment and gave the tuition fees in my school.
