Can someone please help me. I applied on the 27th of June 2018 for study permit through visa office in dakar.till date I have not received any message and my passport is there. I wrote my application center in cameroon on Wednesday explaining this issue and this Friday I received a message from the application center that the Canadian visa office in dakar has informed them that they are still waiting for a reply to the mail they sent to me on the 10th of august 2018 of which I didn't receive any message from them.so I don't know what to do a
