I'm from India. I applied for September 2016 intake for a 1 year course in University of Winnipeg. Received my Visa on 23 August 2016. But the University asked me to defer my admission for January 2017 which I have done. I have S1 category Visa. I want to take my minor child along with me to Canada. Can I apply for his Visa before the start of the course and when I'm still in India? What are the documents I would need for that?
