I have a question about my kid TRV. We are leaving in Canada for the last several years. My kid has visitor record until the August 2021, but her TRV visa was expired. I made a call to IRCC and they told me, the only way how I can make TRV visa for my kid, is to live Canada and apply for TRV from outside Canada. My question is, is it possible to apply for study permit for her within Canada, and having study permit apply for TRV also within Canada? Or is there any other option which I do not know? Ok. Thanks. Then, is it possible to apply for Canadian visa while kid in Canada, and after visa will be approved or biometrics requested live Canada to get the visa? Or it will be violations of something?...Thank you!
