I am in Canada with refused SOWP. I have applied to restore my status and for a new SOWP.
Meanwhile, I am waiting for a decision, I want to apply for UK visit visa for travel in December.
It asks for my status in Canada to which I have written the answer clearly.
What are the chances of visa rejection due to this situation.
I WILL NOT leave Canada till a decision is made but just asking to apply for visa before hand.
