Hi My visa & study permit will expire on Dec 1st, 2021. I have couple of questions
I am a international student in Canada from Bangladesh & studying here in Canada for more than 3 years .
1 - I want to apply for a visa renewal from Bangladesh right now . As I heard there’s no option for study permit extension from outside Canada. So basically I will apply for my visa renewal & in the port of entry I will get my study permit when I will enter Canada. I Just have a confusion there , that if my visa gets approve before Dec 1st & i try to enter Canada before Dec 1st will they ask me that why do i have a 2 study permit ? . Can i apply for my visa extention by using this process ?
2 - Right now i have 2 Bangladeshi passport , 1st one is my previous one which have my current Canadian visa & this passport will expire 31st October 2022 so i renewed my passport & get the new one . so when i will apply for my visa from outside Canada , in the document checklist section should i upload a copy of my new passport? .after that when they request passport for sending should i send my both passport or i should just send my new passport?? .
