I had applied study visa on 14 April, 2020 for Sept Intake 2020. I have Received AIP on 13 Aug, 2020. Later on , I deferred my intake to sept 2021 and updated offer letter on IRCC web form after that I received original passport request on 19 Feb., 2021. On stamping, I got know that that I have been given with only five months visa (19-2-2021 to 13-8-2021). But according to my offer letter my classes are starting from 7 September 2021.
please advice what should I do

You cannot extend a study permit outside of Canada. So you enter prior to August 13 on the current permit and then apply for extension.
