I am intrested to do a 1 year advanced diploma course after my masters in canada.

Do I need to pay GIC again?

My masters is 2 year program and my intrested course is of 1 year, if i complete that 1 year course, can i i get pgwp based on masters? Or they give it only based on advanced diploma.
