I'll submit sponsorship paper in 2 hour. At least express delivery!
However the thing is my visitor visa expires on 16th next Monday.
What I really want to know is am I safe?
I prepared open work permit application of course.
I'm sure my paper will arrive before 16 th
But they send email about "application received"
Everyone gets that mail? And usually how long does it take?
They do that on delivered date or on the date they opened the paper?
As long as paper arrives before expire date, I'm safe?
Or I need to do something else.....

I assume you are talking about INLAND spousal sponsorship application with OWP application. If so, you will have implied status until an initial decision on your application is made. So yes, given that your application will not be returned to you due to missing documents or incorrectly filled forms - you will be fine.
Yes, if your Inland application and OWP are received by CIC before your status expires, you'll be fine.
However...if either one is returned, because of an outdated form, missing signature or if you did not pay the correct fee for the OWP (which is $255), you could lose the Implied Status.
Check the CIC website to make sure you're sending the latest version of ALL forms!
Something like that, just about a month or two later, if at all ;D
