I saw a forum post in other website saying that CIC might ask from different countries if applicant's visa was rejected in their countries. I dont see any such field in the form which asks for list of countries where visa was rejected . My visa was rejected once for USA , do I have to mention this somewhere?
Yes - there's a question that asks about this in the Background Declaration. Yes - you must answer "yes" since you were refused a visa to the US and then provide the details.
I think this is the question
e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?
I would answer, refused business travel visa to USA for xyz reasons in March/April 2014.
