Visa electron question.

Hello all,

I was wondering if the fees could be paid using a Visa Electron debit card issued by my Algerian bank ?
I did some research but all the topics related to this are from 2010 and 2011.

I think they only accept credit cards not debit cards but check here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inFORMation/fees/index.asp
