Visa delayed

Hi

Applied for my Visa on Jan 04 2018 in VFS Bangalore office under SPP program, it's almost five weeks and no revert from the office yet. How long should i have to wait to get my visa ??------- Lambton college, Toronto, may intake
*Junior school 92 %
*high school 95%
*B.E mech 7.43 CGPA (no backlogs) may 2016
*eight months ex. in design sector (till Dec 2016)
* IELTS 7 band
*gap after engg completion (tried for Poland Sep intake but didn't get the visa as the university was already in progress and reg. was closed, attended visa interview and stamping was done). 2017

None of the students who applied for Lambton college, toronto didn't received visa. Many other students of different colleges got visa within 2-3 weeks. I myself applied on 19th jan for lambton toronto. Still haven't got my visa.

Hi checked with VFS global tracking I.D and it says "no records found"

Its not like that one of my friend received visa yesterday for Lambton college. Its not depend on college. Its on the profile and taking time in India because of rush of students. When did you apply and for which course?
