If my visa is getting late and my classes are about to start what should i do ???? can i apply for refund from fleming college ???
 
College and uni refund only in case of refusal all u can do is to deffer ur admission ,, from Jan 2014 to may 2014,,, which is not a problem...
 
If i deffer my admission due i have to apply visa again for next admission ???. and one thing more that it is mentioned on the fleming college website that all my fee will be refunded minus 200 CAD if my visa is refused. And any other reason 1115 CAD (Administrative Charges) will be deducted and my fee will be returned. So can i refund my fee???
 
First of all wait till the date of your classes... Of u dont get ur visa on time ask college to deffer ur admission to next intake.. Once done update ur cic with this situation and send them ur new letter of acceptance.. No need for new application..

For refund in case of visa refusal u will lose 200 for any other reason u will lose like 1115 cad which is quite huge... So wait pray and follow the procedure

I'm from India and waiting for visa more than 6 weeks.. medical passed 3 weeks back.. can we enquiry it somewhere..pleaee advise...
