VISA checklist for NON SPP (CUCA - MISSM Spring 2013)

Hi all,

I'm going to apply for VISA soon for May 2013 intake of MISSM, Concordia University College of Alberta.

Could you please verify my documents before I move forward to apply for VISA ?

1. Admission Letter.
2. Spring Semester total fees receipt.
3. Loan document covering 1 year expenses.
4. Property Evaluation.
5. SOP for VISA.
6. Affidavit of support.
7. Medical report.
8. All Academic Documents + IELTS + other Certifications.
9. Work Experience Letter.
10. Original Passport + copies + Photographs + VISA form (of course 8) )


Am I missing anything ??

Kindly suggest if it would require any additional documents.

Little help would be appreciated.....Thanks in advance...

i would say pay fee of one year.
And a good sop because u r good master but in a college.

In Nonspp
For financial to go with safe side
(1)- Loan sanctioned letter ( 10 to 12 lacs )
(2)- CA report ( what so ever proprieties you show in CA report must be notarize true copy )
(3)- Liquid balance 5-6 lacs ( take letter from bank )

can u till me duration of course u r going to apply.? And if it 2 course 4 sem, then u r good to go.
Make good SOP BUT NOT BIG ONLY 1 PAGE OR 1 ,1/2 page.

I have already made the payment of spring semester fees and now I have no time to manage the funds and pay them for another semester fees.

I would rather go with below documents for financial support: (Good SOP suggestion noted with care )

- Loan sanction letter of 11 Lacs.
- Property Evaluation by register CA firm.
- IT returns of 3 years

However, my consultant don't suggest me to attach any additional documents like property evaluation, but just go as per VISA checklist of non-spp University.

Fees and semester structure:

There are 3 semester ($7300 x 2, $8200 x 1) + 1 semester research work ($2000)...its also said to be completed in 16 months...

Kindly forward any suitable VISA SOP....thanks....

Your consultant is right. Don't attach any extra documents until asked by VO.

But property evaluation logically relates with "Affidavit of Support" of my father.

For example,

AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT​

I ****** S/o *******, resident of village******, Tehsil & District****, India do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm as under:

That ******is my real son, who is offered a place as a full time student for “******” by UNIVERSITY OF ****, city, CANADA.
That being his *** I will be responsible for his entire expenses relating to his studies, travelling, stay etc.

That I am financially sound and have sufficient funds, as it evident from my attached documents.

That I have submitted his first semester full tuition fee and have sanctioned a loan of 11 lacs for his first year expenditure in CANADA and further fee and expenditures will be paid at time without any financial hardship.

That I am the sole proprietor of my business titled as “**********”, Agriculture land and commercial plot at Tehsil and district ***8, India which is my regular source of income.

The above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed.


So If I am using this kind of format for Affidavit of Support then I should attach property documents, IT returns copies.....hope it would not mess up my application.

What do you think ???....

It took much time.....don't you applied for medical before applying VISA ??
Nyway, if it takes much time then its good sign

1. My uni. CUCA CIC form 8 shows that I have paid $2500 pre-registration deposit, although I have paid full semester fees $8183 CAD...do I need to contact student adviser of uni. to correct the form and re-send it to me ??
