12th 47% PCM :'(
B.tech 74% 4 backlogs
Going for PG program
I am worried about my 12th class marks .it will effect my visa chances or not?

Well. It may or may not. If you provide clarification of your low score in your SOP. State that your low marks didn't mean you not possess essential skills and later you did better in your B.tech.

as long as you can explain it in your SOP, there should not be a problem

bro destiny had me read this thread for you: DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR 12TH MARKSHEET/10TH MARKSHET...if you are applying under spp
they only need recent degree mark sheets and 12th was 4 years ago....

under general category(non-spp) it specifically says
-recent mark sheets
-other academic mark sheets
