I have got the visa yesterday.late registration has already completed. They denied deferral and asked me to apply again.

1.Do I have to start the whole visa process again?

2. I got admit from another university for the next term( sept) .can I go to Canada with same visa? Or should I have to reapply?

3.If I can go with same visa, can I update new university details in ciC before entering Canada.

4. Does the 90day no enrollment - permit cancellation rule apply to me
