Visa approval chances with dependant child

Hello,
I'm from Pakistan and got admission in a diploma course at Toronto, starting in Sept 2020. I need suggestions as to how can I improve my chances of getting student visa, with my child accompanying me?

My husband is in govt. services and won't be joining me. Due to the nature of his job, he cannot look after our child if I leave her back. So she has to come with me.

Please advise how should I proceed with my visa application.

You will have to show significantly more funds because childcare is extremely expensive in Canada. There are never any guarantees that family can accompany a student. Would focus on getting a study permit first. Are you currently working? Will this course seem like a natural progression based on previous education and work history?

No, I'm not working anywhere and neither is this course related to my previous studies. I want to try a new direction and set up a business (back home), based on this course.
