I am been checking from last 30 days nd tracking visa application after 30 days the online tracker has mentioned thts your processed passport is being dispatched from Canada visa office to Canada visa application Center and ready to collect what does it means ..? It means approved..?

Just go to VFS office and collect your passport. Check the passport collection time-slot before you go there.

I believe you have not linked your application online to GCKey account, hence there is no way to find other than collecting your passport and see if it has been stamped or not. Good luck !
