What does it mean? Visa approved or not?

You can't tell from a VFS status update like this. Did you submit your passport at VFS when you applied?

Have you created a GCKey account to check the application status?

Yes. Applied with Passport along with all doc.

I also received a separate mail about biometric acceptance for 10 years (2029)

Yes, that's standard. Unless you can link your application with a GCKey account, you'll just need to wait to pick up your passport to see if you've been refused or approved.
