I applied visitor visa inside Canada after receiving Post Graduate Work Permit. Today I get message in CIC asking me to send passport to finalize decision. I searched online and found that if sent by regular mail or Canada Post Xpresspost, it should be sent to the following address:

Could someone recently apply visitor visa inside Canada to confirm if this is the right address?
Also, Do I need to purchase a returning envelope too? Thank you!
