Hey friends I submit my application under university category
now it has been processing. At vfs chandigarh
I want to know how much time it will take ??
I got messege on my mobile number that "" visa application has been forwarded to vfs chandigarh with its tracking ID
and how can I know about my application is approved ??
via email ??
via sms??
via post ??
it is paper based application ...

Average time is 3 weeks, but it may take more also. If ur application is approved u will receive aproval email.

I also applied at chandigarh vfs on 2nd June and got visa approval mail on 7th June Saturday . I applied under spp. You have to wait for maximum 7 working days to get reply. They will send approval email from address starting from Dontreply. I don't have the full one but it looks like that

Bro, you will expect your visa in 5-8 days(Chandigarh emb. has very fast application process) .
You will receive approval email.
