Hello, I will be lodging my visa by 20th November under SDS and have biometrics scheduled on 22nd Nov.My University has given me deadline to submit visa approval by 18th Jan.After which they will cancell my admission and refund my tuition fees. Now my question is If I get the study pemit after Jan 18,lets say Jan 20th,Can I use the same study visa for Sep 2022 intake or will I have to apply again?I wont be changing the course or University.
Fairly sure you can as long as you stay with the same DLI. You might have to submit the new LOA to IRCC via the webform though.

It will be up to the school whether they are willing to defer your admission until Sept 2022.
