I couldn’t find the answer to my question so I apologize for making a new thread. So, my husband had a virtual landing done for him at the end of October and is now waiting for his PR card. He’s been in Canada since August. But, he obviously hasn’t brought all of his stuff here or switched bank accounts yet. How do we go about this since we didn’t have a traditional landing? Does he have to declare the money he’s switching over? When we decided to go get his stuff do we just make the list as usual when bringing it across? I’m just curious if he’s going to have any issues. We just want to make sure we’re doing everything the right way.

Hello, did your husband received is COPR yet? I virtually landed in the 27th of October and I'm still waiting for my COPR or PR Card, I have a job offer and I don't know what to do.

They emailed him and his COPR number was on the email and it said the letter could be used in place of his PR card for one year so I assume that was his COPR yes.

Now I'm worried I lost some email, is it too much to ask if you can send me a printscreen, I now it's too much but I completely lost here and it would be great to see if I read the same email sent to me, I'm not finding an email that said that there was an update in my account. My email is valter.r.venancio@gmail.com
If you enter the ircc account can you find the copr or a message about the copr?

There was a file attached to the email? The only email I can't find was one that said that there was an update to my IRCC account. Then I entered my account and it said it as approved. I don't remember ever receiving an email saying that it could replace my PR Card.

It wasn’t an update email. It was an email sent straight from Hamilton VO. It basically just told my husband his application process was complete & congratulations on being a permanent resident of Canada and what his COPR number was and that he could use this letter to get any important things like SIN card etc... until his PR card arrives & told him how to apply for his PR card. That’s basically the short form of all it said.

Thank you so much for your reply, I was getting scared I've deleted such an important email. I never received an email like that, just got the "update on your account".
