Is it allowed to attend my virtual hearing with a smart phone? Or I must attend it with a laptop?

You can attend with the smart phone, unless you disable all call, but what happens if someone calls you in a middle of the hearing? Laptop gives you enough Mbps and wide screen if member wants to share screen...
 
you can but make sure to do all tests as sometimes no voice came using the phone due to multiple people on it and on hearing day 1 issue means they will postpone hearing right away.
