Virtual canadian SIM number website

I want to obtain a virtual canadian SIM number and there are a lot of websites on the internet but can't really know which is authentic because some seem like fake.

Does anyone have an experience of obtainin a virtual Canada number and whenever a call comes it directs to your international number?

do you mean an e-sim (which allows you 2 lines on the same phone)?
I have been thinking about that as ArriveCan requires you to provide a phone number so that they can call you to make sure you are quarantined and as it costs so much to receive calls overseas (and I won't be able to go out and buy it over the counter) I wanted to see if a Canadian Phone Company could email me the QR code that is required.
