My friend got accepted in uOttawa MEng (Engineering Management) for winter 2016 semester. I searched for other posts regarding the same program, but fount posts 3 years back regarding fee only. Ask your friend go for a field of his interest. If Engineering Management is his core interest and want career in it then he can go. U of Ottawa is very good.
