I got passport request for my parents visitor visa today, I am not sure about next steps to submit passport to VFS Ahmedabad.
Just to give you brief, My parents taken some premium longue service while they given biometrics as some executive said that it will help you to collect and drop your passport when your visa comes and all.. Should I still need to pay any charge for it?
Can someone guide me through detailed steps like what all documents need to be given, how to request for it and all? Do I need to fill two separate forms or request to be done for both mon and dad?

Applied Via GC Key : 30/9/21
Biometrics done : 8/10/21
Reapplied on IRCC: 21/10/21
BVL & PPR: 28/1/22
Fill VFS webform and pay the shipping fee (2 way service)
wait for Bluedart to pickup shipment
Processing takes 2-3 weeks
Blue dart will deliver the back to door step after VFS and IRCC processing.

I did for both in the same application. Totally new GC key of them in order to avoid any complexity.
I signed up for new account on GC key and made my dad primary applicant and Mom to be coming with him, hence, 2 applicants on 1 application.
After a month I signed up on IRCC portal and did same thing and just provided UCI number so that it populated biometrics automatically there and also kept same information on both.

After approval, did you get any message in new portal? For my spouse, after approval, I can see that there's a message below but there is nothing under "message" after original passport submit request. Can you please help ?
