Canadian High Commission is offering its services through VFS global and VFS staff are simply clueless about everything. They give you conflicting information, misguide you and then apologize when caught. They are offering the worst services possible under any circumstances. It seems the VFS has hired young people and have put them to work without properly training them. Their helpline makes you helpless, their staff at Visa application Center gives conflicting information and their website gives you wrong information because it is not properly updated.
I will quote only two examples only i.e. their website gives timing for collection of passports as 10am-5pm but their helpline says it is 2am to 5pm in ordinary days. They failed to put the ramzan timings on their website and their helpline people give conflicting accounts of new timings. Their helpline people told me the only way to pay the fees was to submit a bank draft. Later their center people told me I could also deposit money at standard chartered bank f7 branch.
