Vfs delhi/Chd stamping time

How much time vfs take to stamp passport?
Does vfs stamp passport themselves or canada embassy do that in Delhi only?

I submitted my passport to VFS Delhi on 16th August, passport reached Canada Visa Office on 16th August itself and stamped passport was send back to VFS Delhi on 21st August. Picked in Person from VFS Delhi on 22nd August....The same day my "Correspondence letter\letter of introduction\Port of entry letter" was attached to my online GC Key application

I was wondering if passport submitted at Chandigarh are also sent to Delhi for stamping, because on Saturday vfs Chandigarh is open but vfs delhi is closed.

Does PP submitted in chandigarh goes to Delhi for stamping or they stamp in chandigarh itself?
