VFS Australia process

My husband needs to submit his passport for CoPR in Australia. Since I am the Primary Applicant, we received the PPR letter in my name from New Delhi (I am in India). Does VFS offer passport pick up similar to India, the nearest VFS is Melbourne and he stays in Adelaide.

Hi, You can need to send(mail) the passport to designated VFS for the area alongside PPR letter, no pickup service. They can get it stamped for you, just give them a call..

We tried calling VFS Melbourne but not able to get through. We can courier the VFS the passport then ?
