I have big problem now…Berlin candian embassy sent email as following
In order to enable us to process your application, we require:
- a copy of the complete documents covering your spouse's asylum claim in Australia (i.e. hearing transcripts, administrative and court decisions, etc.).
Please provide the above within 60 days of this email.
My SPOUSE has nothing no paper work. It was long time ago. Is there any possibilities to get some paper from Australia.
its very simple just write to refugee board australia about case date and ask for case result and covering letter requesting is there any charges pending or against your wife and I am sure sure they will reply you make sure mention that you need that info becasue for canadian immigration purpose. that simple,,,,, no worries.
The big confusing now.. I don’t where we have to ask in Australia . even I have ask Australian embassy Germany about this They don’t know any thing. They told me you will try with immigration office in Australia directly . but even they not sure immigration in Australia will help me. even there is no friend any more to help..is any body has any email address where all the refugee data is stored. The other thing is even I am not sure they can able to send that document to Europe..
