I had applied for TRV within canada and had to travel to India urgently, while it was still in process. I'm on a post graduate work permit. Now they have approved it and asked me to send the passport to Ottawa. Problem is that I'm in India now. Can I get it stamped in India? Has anybody ever been in this situation. Need help, very Urgent!!!
 
It is always advisable that you wait for TRV before leaving the country. Now you might have To apply again in India. I will advice you call them CIC. But you Still have To apply in India
 
Overnight Courier to Ottawa and have a return courier envelopment also overnight in the package. Do not return until you receive it would be the quickest approach just not the most cost effective. Call CIC to confirm if this is a viable option.
